When we experience the natural world and contemplate the small details we fall into living in the present. Even if it is just for a short moment, it offers inner peace.

This all glass diorama is a contemplation on that moment of inner peace gifted from the forest floor. Each element is sculpted, mostly with glass powder, and then fired in the kiln. The rustic glass box is hand made with copper trim in a black patina.
