ONLINE TUTORING

I am now offering select in-person classes and one-on-one online mentoring and tutoring.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey and need guidance with techniques, troubleshooting, or sourcing materials—or you’re already confident in your craft and ready to grow your artistic practice from a business perspective; I’m here to support you. I have extensive experience mentoring artists across many mediums and at all stages of their careers.

My professional path has been wonderfully diverse. I began as the owner of two retail stores, which led to a teaching position at Algonquin College in Ottawa with the Faculty of Business and Interior Design. There, I taught business skills for several years before shifting my focus to art glass instruction. Since then, I’ve travelled throughout Canada and the UK as a guest instructor, teaching advanced fused-glass techniques.

A glass artist since 1992, I’ve spent more than a decade creating community-engaged artworks, resulting in both permanent and pop-up public installations. I have also served as a juror for artists and organizations seeking funding and representation.

I would be delighted to support you on your creative journey, with openness, inclusivity, and a genuine commitment to your success.

I offer a complimentary fifteen-minute online or phone meeting to see if we’re a good fit. My current introductory rate is $30 + HST per hour, and you’re welcome to book a single session or ongoing meetings. Please feel free to reach out to arrange a time that works for you.
